Course Description
Supply chain management (SCM) is one of the management tools to maximize the business process efficiency. Business processes covered in SCM start from sales forecast creation, followed by MPS and MRP, ending with collection process, and all the processes are controlled by ERP data processing.
The course will not get into the details of each process, but will introduce them as basic business flows. Where appropriate, case studies are used so that the students will be exposed to real case applications.
