The social phenomenon of the low birthrate according with the aging society has accelerated the female awareness， such as their demands of the working condition， and more meaningful career development. Now， they as the future professional workers are required to prepare for their own career success. This class offers the opportunity for the future leaders to prepare against such conditions， and encourages their self-actualization through the several approaches of leadership skills and knowledge.
