授業の目的、または到達目標

To learn about Intellectual Property Law and to learn business English that is required to understand international patent system.

授業の概要

Students learn subject matters and basic structure of intellectual property law (namely patent law， utility model right law， design patent law， trademark law and copyright law). In addition to learn text concept， students learn practical case by way of reading and discussing leading court decisions. Also students learn business English by way of translating foreign patent to Japanese and drafting business correspondences with foreign law offices.
