Course Description
"The non-profit organization exists to bring about a change in individuals and in society (P. Drucker)." NPO/NGOs are active in a wide range of areas, including the environment, education, social issues, charity, health care and so on. But every nonprofit organization is facing challenging times today. We are going to study about the key issues on management of NPO such as board/staff relations, strategic communications and marketing, financial controls, and the all-important use of the information technology.
