授業の目的、または到達目標

To raise students’ awareness of an important social issuem the role of the Family in the 21st Century. The course aims to develop students’ proficiency in reading and wrting.

授業の概要

Students will study the Family in the 21st Century， its changes and the challengers it faces along with shifts in values， lifestyles and other socioeconomic factors.

授業の形態

• Students will develop their skills in Reading and discussion.
  They will also conduct research and present their findings in an academic research paper and as an oral presentation.

準備学習

• Students will be expected to do one hour of homework per class.
• The homework will consist of a reading assignment and a written summary of the main ideas.
